"Day Hike" in SE Europe!

We had 12 people on our "Day Hike"

The hike started under a canopy of trees

We came to a deep whole in the forest and stopped to take a look.

One hiker found a blue bug that he had never seen and people were so excited to examine this unique creation that Gd had made!

We came enjoyed a beautiful view of the surrounding hillside and a small valley with a ch/rch building and some homes!

Part of the way we walked along a farm road.

We started and returned to the "DPD House" owned by the camp

The river is a ten minute walk down a gravel road from the camp.  It's a beautiful place to take a picnic!

During the hike I enjoyed conversations with many people, especially one young lady, Sylvia, who is studying His Word at the only Univeristy that offers studies like this in this country.  She was so excited to hear about how one can use the outdoors in min and was encouraged through the conversation.  She is planning to join us this weekend for our backpacking trip.  The Lrd willing there will be six of us on the hike.  Two are from camp and two from the capitol.
