This week I was up and down from camp several times.  On Monday I had my first language lesson with a helper here in Peja.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, we worked hard to form and pour cement for eight half columns and three horizontal bars on the "Blessing House."  Thursday I had another language lesson.  Friday was a "day off." Then today (Sat.)  I went back up to camp to lead rappelling with a small group of campers from a small village near Peja.  It was a good week overall.  It was good to have some down times, as I prepare for a 10-day trip out of the country for our team retreat and then to stay with a family for five days.  It will be good to spend time there and get to know people more.  While with the family I'm planning to help teach violin and guitar, study more language with a helper there, and observe and help out with a "Manna" feeding program for needy children there.  It should be very insightful.  My hope is that it will be an encouragement to the people there, learn much, and build relationships deeper.  So, there may not be a blog post next week, but hopefully pictures will be coming on the following week.  It's amazing how fast time is going.  His grace continues!

Some of the re-bar that we put "tied" in place to prepare for cement for a landing for the third floor stairway.
