Putting together "Whale Watch"


Some US army guys visited for the 4th of July and helped us out!

In this challenge the whole group must get onto the platform while keeping it balanced.

The "All Aboard" element: get your entire group onto the platform and hold it for 10 seconds.

"Spider's Web" was a lot of fun! Using each hole once, get your entire group through without touching the ropes :o)


I went to see Josh's even in Peja. At the beginning we saw a "fire thrower."

There was a lot of music and some dancing and drama.

Weaved throughout the presentation, they shared the story of the prodigal son. It was a great time!

Back up at camp, Jenelle and I led rappelling and rock climbing.


One of the "campers" was a very good violinist who played in several Albanian string groups. We enjoyed playing a few songs together, just for fun :o)



Thursday evening, the group led in some traditional Albanian dances. It was fun to learn a simple group dance. This dance is done at weddings and celebrations.


It was a blessing to host this group. We spent time with them, serving meals, helping with activities, and seeing their leaders faithfully invest in them through English classes, small groups, music, and message times. It was a great week!
